Motueka

Motueka offers moderate Alpha Acids (6-8%) and has a unique flavour and aroma of fresh tropical limes that can be incorporated into a number of styles. This refreshing and zesty character is perfectly suited for single-hopped IPAs, but also shines in Belgian styles like Saisons and Wits. Can also be used in thirst-quenching Pilsners and Lagers. First impressions are a very lively and lifted lemon and lime followed by a background of tropical fruit. This variety displays similarities to its Saazer parent through its levels of Farnesene typically around the 12 % mark however the higher alpha also makes this hop more desirable in dual purpose applications. It imparts a balanced bitterness as well as a desirable new world “noble” type aroma.

All Pricing listed on the Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies website are in Australian Dollars & where applicable include GST.

All Grain / Hops orders will be packaged according to size & placed in a sealed or vacuum seal bag to ensure its freshness. This excludes 25kg bulk bags of Grain which will be supplied in their original packaging.

25kg Bulk Grain buy is available on all stocked grain items but are subject to availability. Simply add 25kg worth to your selected grain on our website. If stock is not available at the time , we will place it on our next order & advise when in stock.

Yeast will be supplied in their original sachet packaging unless a modified quantity is ordered in which case will be supplied in a zip lock sachet.

Grain Milling – We offer this service with a Minimum quantity for milling of 250g. If you require milling of grain, please select when adding product to cart. You will have the option of milled or whole & mixed or unmixed. For orders above the 2.5kg weight multiple bags will be supplied.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

If you place an order online we endeavour to pack it and dispatch it with the courier as quickly as possible, however we can only pack and dispatch orders during the days we operate and occasionally we may need extra time to pack your order. Delivery times estimated during the checkout refer to courier transit time and doesn’t account for picking and packing your order, so please allow us time to pack the order and have it dispatched.

Shipping

We only ship within Australia.

Shipping is provided by Australia post or by courier. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the products and the delivery address. While all care is taken to ensure shipping quoted is accurate, we may occasionally make a mistake and need to revise the shipping cost.
