General Info

All Pricing listed on the Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies website are in Australian Dollars & where applicable include GST.

All Grain / Hops orders will be packaged according to size & placed in a sealed or vacuum seal bag to ensure its freshness. This excludes 25kg bulk bags of Grain which will be supplied in their original packaging.

25kg Bulk Grain buy is available on all stocked grain items but are subject to availability. Simply add 25kg worth to your selected grain on our website. If stock is not available at the time , we will place it on our next order & advise when in stock.

Yeast will be supplied in their original sachet packaging unless a modified quantity is ordered in which case will be supplied in a zip lock sachet.

Grain Milling – We offer this service with a Minimum quantity for milling of 250g. If you require milling of grain, please select when adding product to cart. You will have the option of milled or whole & mixed or unmixed. For orders above the 2.5kg weight multiple bags will be supplied.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Privacy

We collect your information when you make a purchase or sign up to our mailing list. We don’t share this information with any third party except for the purposes implied (shipping providers, mailing services), we use this information only for contacting you regarding your purchase, fulfilling the order, and for sending occasional promotional emails.

Brewing requires an element of skill, we do not offer refunds in the instance that your brew doesn’t turn out as you had planned as this is not considered to be a product fault.

Picking and Packing

We pack and dispatch orders during our normal business hours. If you place an order online we endeavour to pack it and dispatch it with the courier as quickly as possible, however we can only pack and dispatch orders during the days we operate and occasionally we may need extra time to pack your order. Delivery times estimated during the checkout refer to courier transit time and doesn’t account for picking and packing your order, so please allow us time to pack the order and have it dispatched.

Shipping

We only ship within Australia.

Shipping is provided by Australia post or by courier. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the products and the delivery address. While all care is taken to ensure shipping quoted is accurate, we may occasionally make a mistake and need to revise the shipping cost. If this happens we’ll let you know and give you the option of paying an additional fee or refunding and cancelling your order.

All care is taken to pack orders safely, however once orders have been shipped, the item is the responsibility of you the customer and the courier company. Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies is not responsible for items missing or damaged in transit. Please consider this when making high value purchases. If you have any concerns let us know as we can arrange transport assurance if required. Where loss or damage occurs we will do our best to facilitate a satisfactory resolution, however replacements or refunds are at the sole discretion of Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies

If you elect to have your parcel “safe dropped” (also called ATL – Authority To Leave parcel unattended), we will not offer a replacement for missing or damaged items under any circumstances.

At Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies our goal is to offer you the best and fastest shipping options, no matter where you live In Australia. Every day, we send our customers quality homebrew supplies, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Refers to order verification, milling, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent directly to Lazy Dayz Brewing Supplies then prepared and packaged within 24 hours of order being received. The team at Lazy Dayz will then promptly arrange to have your order shipped.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
